Excellent Hotel Experience

I found the cleaning to be really good, and the gym had modern equipment. The staff at the reception were very helpful. The shower room was excellent, and the rooms were spacious. I appreciated the proximity to metro stations and shopping centers. Many restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance.

I really liked the location, especially the proximity to many stores. the breakfast was varied and so good. my room included an espresso machine, a wonderful addition. i received complimentary bottled water daily. It was a thoughtful touch.
the food prices were quite expensive.

The staff was very approachable and answered all my questions. They are well-informed about the area. ayse kept my room spotlessly clean everyday, which i so appreciated. the reception staff was particularly friendly and helpful. They always greeted me with a smile.

my beautiful king room was spacious and modern. the bed was comfortable. there was a welcome note and a fruit basket upon my arrival, it was a very nice gesture. the bathroom was well-appointed and very clean.

The location offers easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. Breakfast was abundant with many options available each morning. The room had an espresso machine, teapot, and a mini fridge, all very useful. High ceilings in the room created a spacious and comfortable environment.
i experienced a malfunctioning air conditioning system in my room , which the staff did not address effectively. the offered solution was opening a window onto a busy street.
